Termos de Uso de Aplicativo e Política de Privacidade


A seguir estão descritas as regras aplicáveis à utilização do aplicativo “Spinwiser” disponibilizado pela Wisers Tecnologia LTDA (doravante “Spinwiser”) em dispositivos móveis com sistemas Android e iOS.

Ao utilizar nossa plataforma, o usuário aceita o presente termo de utilização. Leia atentamente. Estes são os Termos de Serviço que regulam a relação entre o aplicativo Spinwiser, incluindo seu website, software e serviços e seus usuários. Ao usar o Spinwiser você concorda integralmente com esses termos. Caso você esteja usando-o para uma empresa ou seja uma empresa, você concorda com esses Termos para a empresa também. Caso você não concorde com algum de nossos termos, não se cadastre em nossa plataforma.

Ao realizar o download para utilização do Aplicativo, o usuário se submeterá automaticamente às regras e condições destes Termos de Uso.

O Aplicativo objetiva realizar controle exclusivo de máquinas Spinwiser adquiridas por clientes Wisers.

Você pode usar o Spinwiser de acordo com esse Termo de Uso, mas o código-fonte, a marca, os elementos técnicos, de design, de processos, relatórios, e outros que nos ajudam a caracterizar o Spinwiser são de nossa propriedade e não devem ser usados por você de nenhuma forma que não seja previamente autorizada por escrito por nós. Você concorda que não vai fazer, tentar fazer, ou ajudar alguém a fazer nenhum tipo de Engenharia Reversa ou tentativa de acesso ao código fonte e estrutura do banco de dados, desenhos de telas, em relação ao Spinwiser. Seus comentários e sugestões são muito bem vindos e podem gerar inovações ou implementações que podem ser incorporadas ao Spinwiser, mas isso não dará a você nenhuma espécie de direito sobre elas. Você não tem e não terá nenhuma propriedade, titularidade ou participação direta ou indireta no Spinwiser.

A Wisers poderá, sem prévio aviso, bloquear e cancelar o acesso ao aplicativo quando verificar que o usuário praticou algum ato ou mantenha conduta que (i) viole as leis e regulamentos federais, estaduais e/ou municipais, (ii) contrarie as regras destes Termos de Uso, ou (iii) viole os princípios da moral e dos bons costumes.

Toda e qualquer ação executada ou conteúdo publicado pelo usuário durante o uso do aplicativo será de sua exclusiva e integral responsabilidade, devendo isentar e indenizar a Wisers de quaisquer reclamações, prejuízos, perdas e danos causados à Wisers, em decorrência de tais ações ou manifestações.

O usuário autoriza a Wisers, a utilizar, por prazo indeterminado, as informações geradas no aplicativo, para fins estatísticos.

A Wisers se reserva o direito de incluir, excluir ou alterar os conteúdos e funcionalidades do aplicativo, bem como suspendê-lo temporariamente ou cancelá-lo, a qualquer momento, independentemente de aviso-prévio ao usuário. Da mesma forma, poderá modificar estes Termos de Uso, cuja versão mais recente estará sempre disponível para consulta no próprio aplicativo.

a Wisers SE EXIME DE TODA E QUALQUER RESPONSABILIDADE PELOS DANOS E PREJUÍZOS DE QUALQUER NATUREZA QUE POSSAM DECORRER DO ACESSO, INTERCEPTAÇÃO, ELIMINAÇÃO, ALTERAÇÃO, MODIFICAÇÃO OU MANIPULAÇÃO, POR TERCEIROS NÃO AUTORIZADOS, DOS DADOS DO USUÁRIO DURANTE A UTILIZAÇÃO DO APLICATIVO.

Alguns dos nossos serviços estão disponíveis em dispositivos móveis. Não utilize estes Serviços de forma a que constituam uma distração e o impeçam de obedecer às leis rodoviárias ou de segurança de transito.

Este aplicativo destina-se unicamente a permitir ao utilizador controlar o hardware (máquina) Spinwiser adiquirido por nossos clientes.

Application Terms of Use and Privacy Policy


The following describes the rules applicable to the use of the “Spinwiser” application made available by Wisers Tecnologia LTDA (hereinafter “Spinwiser”) on mobile devices with Android and iOS systems.

By using our platform, the user accepts the present terms of use. Read carefully. These are the Terms of Service that govern the relationship between the Spinwiser application, including its website, software and services, and its users. By using Spinwiser you fully agree to these terms. If you are using it for a business or are a business, you agree to these Business Terms as well. If you do not agree with any of our terms, do not register on our platform.

When downloading to use the Application, the user will automatically submit to the rules and conditions of these Terms of Use.

The Application aims to carry out exclusive control of Spinwiser machines acquired by Wisers customers.

You may use Spinwiser in accordance with these Terms of Use, but the source code, branding, technical, design, process, reporting, and other elements that help us characterize Spinwiser are our property and must not be used by you in any way that is not authorized in advance in writing by us. You agree that you will not do, attempt to do, or help anyone to do any kind of Reverse Engineering or attempt to access the source code and database structure, screen designs, in relation to Spinwiser. Your comments and suggestions are very welcome and may generate innovations or implementations that can be incorporated into Spinwiser, but this will not give you any kind of rights over them. You do not and will not have any direct or indirect ownership, title or interest in Spinwiser.

Wisers may, without prior notice, block and cancel access to the application when it verifies that the user has committed any act or maintains conduct that (i) violates federal, state and/or municipal laws and regulations, (ii) contradicts the rules of these Terms of Use, or (iii) violates the principles of morality and good customs.

Any and all actions performed or content published by the user during the use of the application will be his sole and full responsibility, and he shall exempt and indemnify Wisers from any claims, damages, losses and damages caused to Wisers as a result of such actions. or demonstrations.

The user authorizes Wisers to use, for an indefinite period, the information generated in the application, for statistical purposes.

Wisers reserves the right to include, delete or change the contents and functionalities of the application, as well as temporarily suspend or cancel it, at any time, regardless of prior notice to the user. Wisers DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ACCESS, INTERCEPTION, DELETION, ALTERATION, MODIFICATION OR MANIPULATION, BY UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTIES, OF USER DATA WHILE USING THE APPLICATION.

Some of our services are available on mobile devices. Do not use these Services in a way that is distracting and prevents you from obeying road or traffic safety laws.

This application is solely intended to allow the user to control the Spinwiser hardware (machine) purchased by our customers.
